Neurodivergent artist Doctor Lincoln  emerged in India's underground music scene with alternate/avante garde band Once Chosen in 2008. He later went on to release his solo debut album 'Wallflower' in 2016.

 

The artist gained popularity world over follwoing the release of his ‘debut single Don't Let Go' on January, 2022. This was followed by a second single "Break The Ice”, in June of 2022. Both singles appeared on his  sophomore album 'Will See You Now', that came out in August of 2023.

 

The former Cardiac surgeon was diagnosed with Asperger's syndrome in 2018 and quit his practice to pursue music production full-time. The doctor-turned-musician created an awareness campaign in 2021 for the inclusion of individuals with autism in India's music industry.  He continues this effort via 'Humdrum', a rhythm circle program based on improving social, communicative skills and neural development for individuals on the spectrum.
In 2022 he sub-headlined day 2 of India's Majuli Music festival which featured artists Lucky Ali, Avora Records and Polar Lights.

 

The singer has been featured multiple times on Rolling Stone India, played on international radio stations and received widespread international press.
